Adopt-a-Street Clean Up

Through this city sponsored program ANA takes responsibility for removing litter from the Admiral Junction of California Ave SW and Admiral Way. Four times a year we utilize city equipment, safety vests, gloves, bags, and pick up tools and bring volunteers together to keep clean our neighborhood. We start and end each event at Metropolitan Adopt-a-Street Clean Up

Admiral 4th of July Kids Parade

Neighborhood Association volunteers raise funds for the ANA by donning Uncle Sam hats, waving American flags and selling popsicles, baked goods and ANA apparel at this popular Admiral neighborhood event. Local businesses like Little Rae’s, Metropolitan Market, and Coffee to a Tea have donated baked items to support the ANA’s efforts, and over 800 people Admiral 4th of July Kids Parade

Summer Concerts at Hiawatha Park

This FREE concert series has become a favorite way for neighbors to spend a summer evening at the beautiful, historic Hiawatha Park. Neighbors of all ages listen to great local music like Caspar Babypants, Pearl Django and West Seattle Big Band in the heart of Admiral while enjoying picnic dinners on the lawn, free face Summer Concerts at Hiawatha Park

Halloween Trick or Treat

ANA volunteers put on their wackiest Halloween costumes and join Admiral businesses like Atomic Boys and Merrill Gardens for this popular West Seattle event. We pass out candy to trick-or-treaters from our table in the Admiral Junction and promote the ANA to all participants – over 1,000 kids and families swarm through the streets and Halloween Trick or Treat
